2. AI Disclaimer

Important Notice Regarding Artificial Intelligence:

Memorilla utilizes Google Gemini API to generate stories, examples, and vocabulary contexts. Content generated by Artificial Intelligence may occasionally contain inaccuracies, "hallucinations," or unintended offensive material. Memorilla is not liable for any such content generated by the AI. Users should verify critical information independently.

3. Service Access & Premium Features

Memorilla is currently provided as a free-to-use application. However, we reserve the right to:

  • Introduce paid subscriptions or premium features in the future.
  • Grant or revoke access to premium features (such as advanced AI capabilities) at our sole discretion.
  • Modify or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Memorilla only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Inputting offensive, hateful, or illegal content into the custom vocabulary features.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or harm the application infrastructure.
  • Using the app to harass or harm others.

Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your account.

The design, code, and original content of Memorilla are the property of Memorilla and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. However, the specific vocabulary content and progress data you generate belong to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memorilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
